HO-6 Condominium Policies:

IMPORTANT:
All homeowners are required to maintain a HO-6 condominium policy that will cover the $40,000 deductible as well as provide additional coverage for the interior of the unit as well liability insurance. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to make sure they have the appropriate coverage, so it is recommended you speak with your insurance agent to make sure your policy is up to date.
