Repair request
If something on the exterior of your unit you notice is in need of repair, fill out this form and drop it off at the Recreation Center. Please note, we do bundle up some repairs and do them all at once to save budget funds. As well, some repairs can only be done certain times of the year.
Architectural request form
No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be constructed or altered until the ACC has approved the request. Homeowners need approval in advance of anything that alters exterior of the unit or is on common grounds. See the CC&R, By-laws and policies for further clarification. parking permit request
$25.00 monthly fee for a parking permit. Please review the parking policy and By-laws before submitting a request. The application must be filled out completely as well as the required supporting documents. Incomplete applications will be denied. By-laws state two vehicles per unit, which must be parked in their garage or carport at all times. Parking committee will review requests on a case by case basis. We are very limited on guest parking. For questions, contact the Vice President.
RV lot storage request
$25.00 monthly fee for RV parking permit. See attached form for details. The RV lot is on a first come first serve basis. Details can be found in Bullrun policies. Bullrun assumes no liability for the RV’s stored in the lot. For questions, contact the Recreation Chair.
